Need help getting government assisted health care quickly?
The Emergency Homecare (EHC) Program was established to avoid and decrease any gaps in the delivering of Personal Attendant Services (homecare). CAS Home Health Care's EHC program provides homecare services to individuals going through the enrollment process for long term care services or going through a DPW transition.
Long term homecare services in the form of personal attendant services (PAS) are the highest use of homecare by elder adults and individuals living with disabilities. These services keep individuals safe in their homes and community. Sadly enrollment procedures or any disruptions of DPW benefits put the individuals who utilize these services in grave danger. When these services are not being delivered in a timely manner it can result to higher chances of failure to receive homecare services, medication, medical supplies, hospitalization and even death.
Even with Pennsylvania's excellent reputation of delivering some of the best home and community based programs and enrollment organizations in the nation, CAS Home Health Care and Pennsylvania's Office of Long-Term Living has been at the forefront, battling these dangers so that no person in need of home and community based services are waiting or go without care.
The EHC program is not a donation based government or tax funded program. The program has been funded solely by CAS Home Health Care and sadly we cannot continue to provide and promote the EHC Program without your help. Your referrals are the start to a safer Pennsylvania.

CAS goes the extra mile! They check on me, send me cards and always make sure I'm happy with my services. It's a rare thing to find a company that cares so much about its customers. Over the years, I've come to know these people personally. I cant picture myself getting home health care services anywhere else.
