Registered Nurses
Our registered nursing team promotes patients' independence by establishing care goals and educating patients, friends and family in understand conditions, medications and self-care skills.
Licensed Practical Nurses
Our LPN's maintain quality care and are highly qualified in skilled observation, recording and timely reporting. They report all pertinent changes in the client's condition or needs directly to directors of nursing, RN's and nursing supervisors.
Certified Nurshing Assistants & Home Health Aides
Duties may include escorting patients to doctor's appointments, organize patients' direct care area, laundry, preparing meals, bathing, running errands and other tasks that assist with promoting independence in the home and community. We assist our team to develop good and trusting relationships with patients, families and friends. This allows our patients to remain as comfortable as possible in their own home rather than needing hospitalization, feeling like a burden, or moving to a group home.
Occupational Therapist
Our occupational therapist evaluates and provides intervention in collaboration with patients, families, friends, etc. Their focus is developing, improving and/or restoring skills in the activities of daily living. Their ultimate goal is to empower patients to regain their health and daily function.
Physical Therapist
Our physical therapist assess, plans, organizes and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. The physical therapist plans, prepares and carries out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
